The process

The filament is made from old bottles, fridges and even car parts.

The filament is being shred first

Shred

Refilament is made from car dashboards and PET bottles we thoroughly clean and shred into tiny plastic flakes.

Melt

These flakes are then filtered from all contaminants, melted and extruded into clean, 1.75 or 2.85 mm string.
